เรียนลูกค้าของ Thai Travel NZ ที่ถือตั๋วการบินไทย

การบินไทยได้มีประกาศออกมาฉบับล่าสุดลงวันที่ 28 มกราคม 2021 ดังนี้

– ตารางบิน

ตารางบินระหว่างนิวซีแลนด์ และประเทศไทย การบินไทย จะยังไม่ทำการบินระหว่าง ประเทศไทย และ นิวซีแลนด์ อย่างไม่มีกำหนด และการบินไทยจะแจ้งให้ผู้โดยสารทราบในภายหลัง  เที่ยวบินจะขึ้นอยู่กับนโยบายการเปิดประเทศของนิวซีแลด์ และ ประเทศไทย

– เที่ยวบินพิเศษ

การบินไทยยังคงร่วมมือกับสถานทูตไทย ณ. กรุงเวลลิงตั้น ที่จะเปิดเที่ยวบินพิเศษ จาก นิวซีแลนด์ ไป ประเทศไทย ให้ คนไทย และ ชาวต่างชาติ เดินทางไปไทย  (ผู้โดยสารส่ามารถติดต่อ Thai Travel NZ เพื่อสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้)

– การขอคืนเงินของบัตรโดยสาร ( Refund)

การบินไทยยังคงมีการระงับการคืนเงินชั่วคราว ภายใต้แผนการฟื้นฟูโครงสร้างของบริษัท  เมื่อมีข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมการบินไทยจะทำการแจ้งข้อมูลให้ทราบผ่านทางสือต่าง ๆ

– สำหรับผู้โดยสารที่ต้องการเก็บตั๋ว สามารถทำการเก็บตั๋วได้จนถึงสิ้นปี 2022  การบินไทยจะแจ้งให้ทราบถ้ามีการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลในภายหลัง

Thai Airways International, New Zealand would like to remind and share the latest updates and information for January 2021.

Flight Schedules:

Scheduled flights between New Zealand and Thailand have been further suspended Until Further Notice.  Flights will be subject to the adjustment of Government policies to reopen the borders of New Zealand and Thailand for unrestricted international travel.

Passengers with flights cancelled by THAI are entitled to claim an extended travel validity until Dec ’22.

Repatriation Flights:

In co-operation with the Royal Thai Embassy, Wellington and Thai Consulate General, THAI will continue to operate repatriation flights from Auckland to Bangkok for both Thai passport holders and non-Thai passport holders permitted to enter Thailand.  Travelers interested in these flights need to check with these entities for details and must have the correct documentation or will be denied boarding.

Business Rehabilitation:

THAI’s business rehabilitation process continues under the jurisdiction of the Central Court of Bankruptcy in Thailand. Thai Airways was granted approval to continue trading with the assistance of appointed planners from the Bankruptcy Court hearing which ran from May-Oct 20. Since this time Thai Airways has had to present a Rehabilitation Plan back to the Bankruptcy Court which is due early next month following a one month extension. Refunds Process:

THAI’s refund process is still temporarily suspended until further notice and is included within the Rehabilitation Plan.  When new information is available, we will update you and publish the news on our website and social media channels.
