1. Booking Enquiry

Submitting a booking request through this website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Thai Travel New Zealand will review each request and process the booking on your behalf. A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is finalised.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are indicative at the time of search. Price is not guaranteed until full payment is made. Fares are subject to availability and may change without prior notice due to airline pricing policies or currency fluctuations.

3. Passenger Information

All passenger names must be entered exactly as they appear on the passport used for travel. Incorrect names may result in the ticket being invalid, or the passenger being denied boarding — without refund. We strongly recommend sending a copy of each passenger's passport to thai@thaitravel.co.nz after submitting the booking form so we can verify the details before ticketing.

4. Visa and Travel Documents

It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to obtain the appropriate visa(s) and travel documents required for transit through and/or entry into any country on the itinerary. Thai Travel NZ is not responsible for any denied boarding, deportation, or penalties arising from insufficient or incorrect travel documentation.

5. Payment and Ticketing

Once a booking is confirmed by our team, payment instructions will be provided via email. Tickets will be issued upon receipt of full payment. Until payment is received and the ticket is issued, the fare is not guaranteed.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations to confirmed bookings are subject to the airline's fare rules and conditions. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us as early as possible if changes are needed.
